Not reading my ToS does not mean you are exempt from it.- I have the right to refuse any request for any reason.

- I can take CashApp and PayPal for payments.- I am fairly flexible with payment/payment plans, however, if payment is not provided within 2 days your commission will be paused.- If you take over a week to pay me I will assume the commission is cancelled.
- I will not issue a refund if you rush me.
- If I cancel the commission myself because I am unable to complete the drawing I will refund you fully.
- If you cancel the commission while I am halfway through the drawing, you will only be refunded half.
- You will not be refunded if the commission is already finished.COPYRIGHT:
- I reserve all rights to the work I created.
- You can use my work for ALMOST anything WITH CREDIT (reposting, pfps, banners, etc) but you cannot use it for AI, NFTs, business/brand use, or commercial use.
- You may take inspiration off of my work, however, do not trace, steal, or claim my work as your own in any form, including not crediting me.
- You may reupload my work on social medias WITH CREDIT, if you are unsure of what socials I have please ask me before reposting it.DESIGNS:
- You may sell/trade my designs, but you cannot sell/trade it for more than the amount you bought it for unless additional art is added.
- You cannot apply your own ToS to my designs.
- Do not auction my designs off without permission.
- You may change my design once you own it, but make sure the original design by me is credited and it resembles the original design I made.
- I will not redo a design for free, you will need to commission a custom from me.
